'Lemon Tree House has been beautifully renovated to a high standard. It is spacious, very comfortable (especially the beds) and well equipped. The view from the terrace is stunning. Perast is gorgeous with great waterside restaurants and a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to return one day.'

'It was well used and in need of attention in some aspects. Particularly the outdoor dining area. The floor was filthy with spots of old food/chewing gum which did not clean off. One of the tables was rusty with peeling varnish. The whole area was infested with ants, a wasps nest and I saw 2 large rats one morning. There were weeds growing through broken chipped tiles which gave the overall appearance of neglect. The BBQ was known to to be broken but nothing put in its place for our stay, because...

'The property is very spacious and comfortable with stunning views over the bay. It has a front balcony and a side garden terrace, so all day sunshine. Very friendly family that own the property and live above, great to talk to, to gain an understanding of the locality and indeed, recent Montenegro history. Property is a five minutes walk from the sea and a lovely 40 minute walk into Kotor, along a quite lane next to the sea. Our highlights were walking to Fort Vrmac, up the Franz Joseph steps...

'We had an amazing week at Palmagora. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It had all we needed for an enjoyable stay. As it is up in the mountains, the views were fantastic and surroundings were very quiet. The kids loved the pool. Chris shared lots of information before our visit, including detailed directions which was very helpful. Considering the location of the apartment, the detailed directions was very welcome. I would highly recommend it!'

'Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Budva sehr genossen. Von der Unterkunft waren wir positiv überrascht. Es ist wirklich ein schönes Haus. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten alles da, was wir brauchten. Auch der Pool war sauber und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Lage ist gut. Man kann Supermärkte und den Strand zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Adi immer zur Stelle. Er hat alles gegeben uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Danke!!! Können wir auf jeden Fall weiter...

'We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in het appartement. Het is ruim en heeft een mooi aangrenzend dakterras. De kamers waren koel, ondanks het zonnige weer. Daarnaast waren Lidja en haar Milo erg behulpzaam en hadden leuke tips om in de omgeving te doen. Aanrader! '

'Very quiet place in the middle of nature where you have a concert of birds whistling all the time. Backing vocals are the frogs. Not far from the coast. Very very nice hosts who were very helpfull to make it a perfect holiday.'

'De gastvrijheid stond hoog in het vaandel. Verhuurder deed er alles aan om het goed te hebben. De woonruimte beneden is relatief klein maar daartegenover zijn de slaapkamers lekker royaal. Woning staat onderaan tegen de baai van Kotor aan en dat geeft een geweldige Panorama. Tevens is het op loopafstand van centrum van Kotor en ‘de pier’ van Dokota/Kotor. Een aangename verrassing en een leuke ontdekking.'

'What a great house to stay in with a group. Spacious, modern, good swimming pool and a perfect view on Kotor Bay. Good communications and service but from the landlord as well as the caretaker. Definitely a place to rent! You won’t be disappointed!'

'Leider haben wir ein unsauberes Haus vorgefunden. Am Tag der Ankunft mussten wir alles reinigen und abgelaufene Lebensmittel entsorgen. Der Besitzer hat als Bedingung eine Endreinigung von uns vorausgesetzt, obwohl die Reinigung bereits im Preis enthalten war. Vorsicht beim Benutzen der Einrichtung. Der Besitzer könnte später behaupten, dass Sachen fehlen oder zerstört worden sind. '

"Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van de Porto. Bij aankomst werd onze auto door het personeel geparkeerd want de parking is nogal lastig te vinden. Personeel is super vriendelijk. De locatie is geweldig, en de sushi in het restaurant was heel erg goed. De kamers zijn ruim, schoon, modern en netjes. Kortom, een echte aanrader. Enige nadeel aan Tivat is de infrastructuur. Er staan vaak files."

"Smalle slechte wegen in het dorp zorgen voor minder makkelijke bereikbaarheid. Personeel is vriendelijk. We mochten altijd om advies vragen voor activiteiten en zij willen ook voor je boeken. Er is een kleine keuken in de kamer, maar die is volledig leeg. Fijne zwembaden en mooi schoon. Veel ruimte om te zitten en het was heerlijk rustig. "

"The hotel is located near Kotor, and has a private beach and two outdoor pools. Dinner was mediocre and overpriced. Breakfast was limited but it was possible to order, which is nice. Coffee was lousy. The offer parking but it’s expensive, however you don’t have many alternatives for parking your car. In general, Kotor and cars are a problem. If you want to visit Kotor, it’s best to walk, which will take 40 min. The hotel could consider offering bikes, steps or maybe even a water taxi! But that’s not part of their service, which is a missed opportunity."
