Located in an old stone house from the 17th century, composed of 7 apartments, our modern studio apartment features all the necessary (and more...) amenities for a luxury holiday near stunning Tivat, at only 10 metres from the sea, with private beach at our guests' disposal. The private beach is accessible to the whole villa. The gorgeous sea view studio features a double bed (170x200cm), a small but yet, full kitchen equipped with electric kettle, fridge and electric stoves, a recently renovated full bathroom with shower box and a splendid balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea, where to enjoy the kiss of the Mediterranean sunlight. Guests have acces to free WI FI throughout the property, sun loungers and umbreallas on our beach, and free public parking near the accomodation. °Children aged 6 and older are allowed to stay at the property.
