I rent furnished stone house (100m2, 2 floors) , 7m from the sea, designed especially for tourists and people who want to relax in one of most beautiful Bays in the world, bay of Kotor.
Located in heart of Bay, Lepetane is perfect place to relax and soak in picturesque views of turquoise bay.

House Description
House is fournished old stone house that accomodates up to 9 people, it has front yard ,back yard (shared) and balcony.
Whole house is air-conditioned.
On first floor you have large living room with 2 sofas (that can be slept on) , flat screen TV, big kitchen, dining room, toilet and small storage room.
On second floor you have 2 bedrooms.
One bedroom has 1 king size bed and seperate enterance,
The other bedroom has 2 sofas, 1 single bed , TV, toilet and a balcony with beautiful view.
In front yard you have 2 sets of tables with chairs perfect for dining and relaxation.
Back yard has 2 big tables with chairs, BBQ, everything you would want for small (or larger) gathering, dining and enjoying.

Guest access
You will have acces to all 2 floors of the house (100m2).
You have 2 enterances.
You also can acces laundry room with request.
Back yard of the house (where 2 tables and BBQ is) is shared space and you can acces it too.

About Lepetane
Lepetane is small, relaxing tourist place right by the sea in the heart of Boka bay. It is excelent for families with children or anyone who wants peace and relaxation. There are 4 beaches (1 big sand beach with beach bar, 1 small sand beach, 1 half rock half sand, and 1 concrete beach) and playground wth basketball court in 200m distance.
But dont be fooled, in cities nerby (4km distance) there is vivid nightlife and plenty of different activities!
So Lepetane is perfect place for family people as well as young people also!
There are 3 tourist cities in nearby area of Lepetane (10km).
Also hiking track Vrmac, old town Kotor, Porto Montenegro Marina, Porto Novi and Perast are also in nearby suroundings.

Moving around
You can move around with car easily, place is easy for navigation.
You also have bus stop about 20-30m away with buses that go to tourist cities like Kotor, Budva and Tivat regularly.
And you have taxi stop there also.
Private car parking (3e per car per day) is 50m away.
About 30m away you have dock where tourist boats start bay tours from, and you definitely want to go on tour around this unique Bay.

I also offer rides to and from airport Tivat/Dubrovnik/Podgorica and tourist trips to Tivat, Kotor, Budva, Dubrovnik (Croatia) ,Trebinje (BIH)... (up to 4 people).
