'We drove up to very welcoming two story tri-plex with an 8 car parkway ! Open the front door with the code provided and was pleased to see a large game room with a commercial Air Hockey table, pool table , and an Old fashion Arcade for two players ! Once we walked through the game room it opened up to a beautiful outside tiki bar, gazebo and a refreshing pool! They have everything you need for beach , and for your stay !! 'The house is just as described and the photos are accurate. My small family enjoyed the private walkway to the beach….its literally steps away. The garage was overflowing with beach toys, beach towels, boogie boards and a large umbrella. First house that I have stayed in that had a fully stocked linen closet so it was nice to have the option to grab a blanket to curl up on the couch in the evenings or use an extra towel or two. 'The pool had debris in the bottom of the pool that needed cleaning. I grabbed the net to try to get some of it out but the net had a hole in it. I only went in the pool once. The sink in the main bathroom drains very slowly. Should be addressed before it is totally clogged up.'

'We loved this place! Located in a cute residential neighborhood, the house had plenty of room for our family of six. It is an easy walk to the beach with traffic lights to cross the busy streets and is right by the fun downtown of Cocoa Beach. The large backyard with the canal and kayaks is a wonderful bonus. 'Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service...'
