« Chambre neuve et belle mais sombre. Peu de lumiere. La clime ne peut pas s'éteindre et elle était tres bruyante. Difficile à dormir. Environnement et atmosphere de l'entré et du petit déjeuner moyen mais propre. Personnes serviable et correct except le language d'un des receptionists envers d'autres assez choquant. »

« We liked the in-room amenities, like the full size refrigerator and all kitchen amenities. Our room on the first floor smelled like wet pet odor so much that we asked to be moved. Second room on top floor was much better. I would stay here again. »

« The emergency door next to the street in the staircase was broken and always wide open when I would leave my room. It felt unsafe and felt like they wouldn't address it correctly. I had to take the stairs because the elevator felt unsafe as well. It's a very dated hotel. So it's ok. But when we went out to the pool there was garbage everywhere and the pill just never felt like it was maintained often but just enough! Good breakfast, clean rooms, don't forget to request your room cleaned...

« Bed smell bad, sheets where not clean had to get new sheets and had to change them myself, the front desk was not welcoming at all, property was very dirty, the bathroom was even dirty, the too. Smell humid. »

« Hotel was just ok. The room had just blinds on window with no curtains on slat was broken down the blinds allowed parking lot light in all night. Highway noise was noticeable from room at back of property. The guy at the desk had to reset the key machine twice to get one key programmed. »

« so I stayed here because we had a storm in Denton and we had an RV so we had to stay somewhere for a couple hours and I kind of regretted it because when I walked in, there was a little roach in the room in the restroom specifically and you can tell that they are going under construction right now because there is just paint everywhere The bed was OK. It wasn’t the best as in comfort wise there was no stains, which is good just the roach that freaked me out. It did smell like marijuana outside....

« We hated our stay here. First off, tge receptionist Bridgette, was really rude. When we asked for coffee creamer, she only wanted to give us 2, rolled here's at us, saying rude comments and very disrespectful. She should not be working in customer service. Then, our roomgad a gift hole by the bed. Our kids almost fell from it a few times. Breakfast was constantly empty. We had to keep reminding staff to replenish the food. The shower wouldn't work properly. We had to move furariund to plug in...
