Holiday Apartment "Ca' Scaì Agrifugium Elià" with Lake View, Shared Pool and Wi-Fi

The accommodation is set amidst a unique olive grove with spectacular views of Lake Garda. On the picturesque southern slope, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening, relax, immerse yourselves in nature, and leave everyday life behind – this starts as soon as you arrive. Since the property is not directly accessible by car and can only be reached via a narrow driveway or a pleasant 20-minute walk, your hosts will pick you up from the public, free car park in Tignale/Oldesio and bring you to the apartment. The saltwater pool is shared with only one other apartment.



The light-flooded holiday apartment measures 50 square meters, has its own entrance, and is directly accessible from the garden. Four large French doors with insect screens provide plenty of daylight and offer an unobstructed view of Lake Garda. The apartment features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.80 m wide double bed, an intermediate room with a 1.20 m built-in bed that can also be used as a cozy reading corner, and a bathroom with a wellness shower.



Amenities on site include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. The apartment also offers a private outdoor area with garden, terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower.



As nature is the focus, the apartments are not equipped with air conditioning. Instead, traditional Mediterranean know-how ensures a pleasant indoor climate: from partial integration into the ground, thoughtful shading, to natural cooling by ventilating at night. Simply open the windows and enjoy the mild breeze.



The accommodation is exclusively for adults; the minimum age is 18 years.
