'Great for kids. My kids loved the big bedroom with the bunk beds and loft bed. Grill wasn’t the best but I luckily brought my own. The tap water wasn’t drinkable. Those are small gripes for the price though. Overall a great stay.'

'Dan is a great host, very accommodating. The cottage was very clean. It was perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of room on the dock for 2 bass boats, power within 100 feet of dock. Between the 4 of us we landed over 120 fish during our 3 night stay. All catch and release. We would definitely stay here again!'

'We can not say enough wonderful things about our stay. Brian was there to meet us and do a walk though of the property and even helped us out with local places to go. He is a gem! Although it rained it was absolutely perfect. The yard gave our pups a place to run free but there was also cute areas to walk them all around the area. The views of the water are incredible. Just sad it was too cold to jump in... maybe next time. October was the perfect time to see all the leaves changing and breathe...

'Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin on private Sunrise lake. We enjoyed floating on rafts, kayaking, dinners on the deck, and sitting around the fire pit at night. Three bedrooms with queen beds, and one bunk room accommodated our large family well. The host was very responsive when we had questions even on the Fourth of July!'

'We had a large group of 18 with age ranges from 6 months to 85. This property was perfect and had something for everyone. The location was easy to find and absolutely gorgeous. The property had plenty of water toys, the game room was great! Could not have asked for a better host, so attentive with and a Great personality. We will definitely stay here again!'

'This cabin is very cute and was very clean. Almost everything we needed was provided at the home and we appreciated so much wood for the firepit, which we used constantly due to how cold it was. Had to pick up charcoal, but it was an easy 15 minute drive to town for this. Sadly, the staircase to the lake is not described well enough. It seemed to be one long stair case down, when actually, its 3 very long staircases and crossing a small street. Its not an easy or short distance. The area is...

'This was a 5-day, large family, vacation. There were a few minor issues, but nothing we couldn't overcome. We absolutely loved the location. There were a couple of days that we didn't even leave the property. The mosquitos were horribly, horribly bad! We went through a lot of insect spray and tiki torch fuel, but we were prepared for them. Thanks, Lisa'

'I would rent this many more times! This was a perfect getaway, the use of the boats were so fun for my kids and I. I loved that it was a home away from home. The host was quick to respond and the property is beautiful! I didn't want to leave, but i look forward to renting this again over the summer and taking my kids here. 'Had a nice getaway with my family in the Cozy Cub Cabin. Quiet street, cabin was clean and kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. My daughter enjoyed soaking in the hot tub while my wife and I relaxed by the fire pit. Would definitely return next time we're in the area'
