« Very spacious! »

« The Kitchen was clean and the property was pet freindly. The only thing the bathroom showers should of been a little cleaner and the towel rack was broken in one of bathroom, also the couch was stained. »

« The unit was clean and quiet. »

« Great place to stay! »

« We were looking for a place central to BR, Hammond, and Donaldsonville and the Benton properties are perfect. Convenient to get to, but far enough off the beaten path to be super quiet and cozy. The house is super cute, clean, ceiling fans in every room, and did not smell overpoweringly of air freshener as many Vrbos tend to do. Also, the furniture was so comfortable, perfect after a day of driving in BR traffic! David was so flexible and kind in helping me when I messed up my initial...

« Clean chateauHost communicates wellFamily friendlyI would recommend and stay again »

« Tangipahoa Parish had everything my family needed while we were visiting the area. The property was clean and had all the space my family needed for a comfortable stay. We were visiting family in the area and being able to come back to our own space with small children made the trip even better. The property owner, David, was great in making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and communicating with us before, during, and after ou visit. »

« The Villa was not clean long black hairs and dust everywhere dead bugs around baseboards. Stove top has a film of grease and dust. We never use it. Both bathrooms only had 1 1/2 rolls of tissue for 5 days for three adults. We had to buy some. Dryer was dirty We did not feel comfortable in the place. »

« Overall it was a nice place to stay The downside is the master bedroom mattress was very soft. The remote to TV was missing from the twin bedroom that my sister - in-law was using. It is a nice building. »

« Stay was great. Everything is as advertised.Would stay again! »

« Queen beds and twin beds were lumpy, cheap mattresses. Only one bed side table in bedroom with no lamp, had to move a no switch half broke lamp with no way to turn off except unscrewing the bulb to the bedroom. There was another no switch non working lamp occupying space in the living area too. The toilet flange sat up above the flooring, so had to put a piece of cardboard under front lip to keep it from rocking. 2 of the three smoke detectors were awol. Overall I’d say the owner is satisfied...

« Place was nice beside ants and dead bugs inside the place around the kitchen. »

« Rhis was a last minute booking due to not being able to stay at the one i had already booked. It was very clean, great neighborhood. Felt very comfortable staying there by myself. Host was easy to reach out to and fast communication. Will be staying there again. »

« Above average lodging in Tickfaw. The good:1. Close to Hammond, where our event was located. Great location, secluded from the rest of the area.2. Everything was clean, beds were neat and towels were ready. Furniture was nice and in great condition.3. Wifi was fast and easy to setup. For a business trip this was a great "home base" for the night. Roku TVs in each room was nice as well. Not great:1. Property could use some TLC. An exterior shutter was blown off and in the yard. There was some water...

« Extremely clean place, good communication and nice stay. Had a little issue with one of the beds (no fault of owner) and she responded immediately with plan for remedy. We go to Hammond yearly for cheer camp; would stay here again. »

« Loved the space. Great location. Would stay again if we were going back to the area. »
