'Generally, the hotel is good and quite nice. Stayed here for a few days. The main challenge was locating the hotel itself. As someone coming from the west, I am used to hotels being a standalone building. This hotel occupies many floors in a high-rise building and as such I struggled to locate it on the first night plus the language barrier. But the staff was quite helpful and tried to make it us feel better .'

'The hotel service is very friendly. It is located in the center of Tianhe District, and the transportation is very convenient. Downstairs is the subway entrance. The overall environment of the hotel is clean and comfortable. The public areas are neat and elegant. The room layout is simple and generous. The hygiene is in place. The bedding is soft and the sleeps very soundly. Focus on the breakfast. The variety of dishes is very rich, both Chinese and Western styles. Hot dishes, noodles,...

'This hotel Is 2 stars at best.
Breakfast Buffet may have been the Only good news sorry for this stay although repetitive after a 7-night stay.
The main restaurant need allot to be desired with poor customer service and attention to detail. Food served with No cutlery and table was never cleared when we were finish.
I also booked 4-night stays for three of my clients, and they too were not impressed with the Quality and service at this resort also situated in a depressed area of Guangzhou.'

'Nice hotel, beautiful location but the in-suite laundry dryer did not work. We booked 2 rooms, each room has a different machine model. We spent 5 hours trying to do our laundry, it was not dry despite us following the instruction and translating every button under the machine. We finally got help from laundry service people, and they noticed that the dryer function does not work. They said they would call maintenance to repair the machine. No one ever came. We only stayed a night so I think...
