« We enjoyed our stay at Brandon Hall Hotel and Spa. On the first day, our room was quiet and comfortable, and the hotel staff we met were all pleasant and very helpful. The spa facilities were good, with the pool, sauna and steam room adding to the enjoyment, though the lockers could use attention.
The second day was less relaxing, as a large event caused corridor noise late into the evening. Our pool visit was also disappointing due to disruptive behaviour from leisure members, which the staff...

« Staff were great! Room was a terrific size and the bathroom was stellar. Parking was free. There was no breakfast, but the pub downstairs had games and entertainment. It was summer and quite hot so the windows had to be open resulting in a few spiders making their way in, but that would be expected honestly. I would absolutely stay here again! »

« We had an amazing stay, gorgeous shepherds huts in a lovely location. So nice to have the pub nearby! We stayed during the heatwave and our hut was particularly hot, the staff were so nice to prepare another more shaded hut for us for our second night, we really appreciated the gesture! « The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived, the room was lovely and you could see and smell how clean it was. We went for dinner in the meal was really good with good presentation and tasted lovely.
Our breakfast was a very good size, there was plenty of variety to choose from too. All in all and great stay and we have already booked to go back. »
