'Room was clean - Staff was nice'

'First of all, when we entered the building we had a deja vu moment...(we stayed here in 2017) and nothing has changed, but that's ok iff it had the same qualities as back then. At least the room was clean, but in the bathroom we had no water in the sink, so we had to use the kitchenette for water. The refrigerators made a terrible noise, the air-conditioning made a noise like a plane taking off. We won't be staying here again.'

'Room clean, the hotel was in midst of remodel so that was a little noisy. The bed was kinda soft for us. Staff at desk friendly, breakfast fine. Thank you. '

'Very nice clean condo with everything you’d need for a fun weekend. Only complaint was communication. The WiFi password was wrong in the email, and you needed to talk to a bot before you could talk to someone. There was also an email sent separately that someone responded on as well. Just confusing. They took good care of us, but would’ve just like one way to contact them. Queen and King beds were very firm! All rooms upstairs. '

'Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and...
