The neighborhood:
This home sits in the North Fork area of Three Rivers - a quiet, secluded pocket of town set among granite boulders, oak trees, and the seasonal creek that runs through the property. It has more of a private, tucked-away-in-nature feel than a typical in-town stay, with mountain and hillside views right from the yard, while still being just a few minutes from everything Three Rivers has to offer. From the house, it's about a 5–6 minute drive down Kaweah River Drive and North Fork Drive to reach Highway 198, where you'll find the town's restaurants, market, and shops, and it's roughly 5.5 miles (10–12 minutes) to the Ash Mountain Entrance of Sequoia National Park. The North Fork of the Kaweah River is nearby for those who want to wade in or fish, and the setting is noticeably quieter and more residential than the stretch of Three Rivers closer to Highway 198.

We want you to feel right at home - just a few things to keep in mind so everyone has a great stay:

-Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am.
-Please, no pets during your stay.
-This home is smoke-free, indoors and out.
-We're not able to host parties or events here - it helps us keep things peaceful for our neighbors, and violations may result in immediate termination of the stay.
-For everyone's safety, the indoor fireplace is not available for guest use.
-Quiet hours run from 10pm to 7am - a great time to relax and enjoy the mountain quiet.
-There's parking for up to 4 vehicles between the driveway and carport.
-Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including daytime visitors.
-Guests must be 25 or older to book.
-For security purposes, two exterior cameras at the front doors (none inside, and none facing private spaces).
