  • Mayfield is een moderne semi-vrijstaande woning aan het einde van de straat .. Het huis is onlangs gerenoveerd tot een hoge standaard. Er is een serre toegevoegd en er is voldoende buitenruimte op de nieuwe patio. De lounge is groot met comfortabele banken en fauteuils. Er is natuurlijk volledige centrale verwarming en nieuwe dubbele beglazing en deuren. De grote eetkeuken is ook nieuw en volledig uitgerust. Boven zijn er 2 slaapkamers en een met stapelbed. De nieuwe doucheruimte is uitgerust met een wc en wastafel. Naast het huis is er een grasveld geschikt voor oudere kinderen om te spelen.
    Mayfield ligt aan de rand van Thornton Cleveleys en is een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Blackpool en Fleetwood en verder .. Lokale bussen stoppen op aanvraag buiten het huis. De belangrijkste busdienst langs Fleetwood Road is de nr. 14 die naar Fleetwood en Blackpool gaat. De stranden zijn slechts een korte rit of busrit. Het winkeldorp Fleetwood Freeport ligt aan de 14 busroute. Er zijn attracties voor kinderen daar evenals winkelen. De traditionele outdoor / indoor markt van Fleetwood is ook erg populair. Fans van echte ale mogen de Strawberry Gardens ook in Fleetwood niet missen
    Kinderen zijn welkom in Mayfield en kunnen veilig spelen in de omheinde achtertuin. Farmer Parrs Animal World is ook heel dichtbij. De pub Iron Horse is erg populair met zijn buitenspeeltuin voor de kinderen.
    Een kinderbed, kinderstoel en speelgoed kunnen worden verstrekt indien nodig.
    Voor golfliefhebbers zijn er cursussen op Fleetwood, North Shore, Stanley Park en Lytham St Annes. Er is ook een groot sportcentrum aan Victoria Road East
    Deze accommodatie ligt ook heel dicht bij Rossall School en Fleetwood Nautical College

Fantastic property. Three bedrooms was ample for three adults and a toddler. The conservatory was our favorite part, such comfy seats and super cozy. Our Toddler absolutely loved it plus there were toys available for him as well as a travel cot and a high chair. Comfy beds, great shower and ample outdoor space which we hope to return and make the most of!! Great communication with host too. House is two mins from cleveleys which we love and Morrisons and McDonald’s which was very handy for our Grandbaby and charging our car. We will definitely return here!

We had an extended stay as we were visiting from overseas. The advertised listing was not a true refection of the property & we were disappointed.Internally, the property was dated & in need of attention. Sofas & carpet in lounge smelt of dogs & damage to sofa was covered up with throws.Blinds broken on numerous windows. TV in lounge temperamental (a smart tv would have been great, to enable other programmes to be streamed), oven dials unreadable, limited space in fridge due to broken shelf.Externally, garden furniture broken & no bbq.The host was very amenable.Wifi very goodLocation of property very good.

Family holiday

Had a lovely stay was a quiet neighbourhood plenty of places near by to walk the dogs , shops close by 5 mins by car 15 mins if walking we had a lovely week and there was pkenty if room for us all thanks for a great time

Hi first looks at the property was ok until you stepped inside there was a lot of dog hair especially in the conservatory area the whole house needs to be upgraded throughout the walls are dirty there is a bad repair to the toilet door which looks like someone has punched it beds all need replacing could feel every spring slept on top of the duvet one family member has been bitten twice by something all the carpets need replaced and the settees in the conservatory need thrown out plus with the heat we have been experiencing the smell of urine was pungent would not recommend this property we felt compelled to clean the property as is shown in the pictures in the limited time we had but everything got bleached toilet was minging

Wasnt very clean. Pet hairs on bathroom floor an towels. Lge Cobwebs in hallway. Couch in need of upgrading altho had blankets over them. Beds comfy but window blinds needing replaced as it had broken cords and slats missing. A lot of owners paperwork lying about.Nice size telly with dvd player a bonus.Location ideal for blackpool and fleetwood.Cleanliness has put us off returning.

Stay at Mayfields Cleverleys Blackpool

Listing accurately reflects a respectable clean semi on the edge of a very quiet estate - driveway parking, secure back garden for dogs, multiple supermarkets less than a 5 min drive, 10 mins from Backpool beach (a bit cold in January) - everything I needed for a break.

Short break

This was the 2nd time we stayed in this house. Very clean and cosy. Close to shops, beach and local transport. Only down fall was no shelves in the fridge. Would highly recommended and we would stay again.

Thornton Cleveleys

House was a lovely size. Nice to have an enclosed garden for younger children and dog. Nice quiet area close to amenities and 10 minute drive to Blackpool. Would recommend and will use again.

Property location is ideal as a base for Blackpool and surrounding area. House was clean, tidy and comfortable although decor was a bit dated. Owner was very helpful in answering questions prior to arrival and overall good value for money.

Great time

We had a great stay at this property. The house was perfect for our needs . It had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. It has a good size conservatory and it is in a good location , Ideal for visiting Blackpool, Fleetwood, Morecambe etc. It has an enclosed garden which was safe and secure for our dog. It would be ideal for a family . On the downside the kitchen cupboards could do with a good clean and also the carpet . Overall this is a good place to stay and would definitely stay again.

Family break away

Mayfield house is a lovely cosy home as described. We were a family of three. The addition of a extra tv room in the conservatory and two hand rails on the stairs was very helpful and made the stay easy for my mother. The location was ideal for all the surrounding areas we were no more than 10 minutes away from where we planned to visit. There is a good local pub within walking distance and a local shop for supplies.

Great value for money

Plenty of space for a family, 2 decent size bedrooms and a small room with bunk beds. Comfortable beds, 1 double, 1 king size. Decent size wardrobes and loads of hangers. Nice conservatory on the back, spent a lot of time in there relaxing. Large back yard with patio furniture, good sun trap and sheltered from wind. Drive on front of house ideal as the house is situated on a bus route, however not a noisy road. Very good value for money.
