Hotelresorts in Thep Kasattri

'Beautiful Property! Amazing experience! Highly recommend! Very grateful for highly professional Team ! '

'Clean rooms, but even though it was a huge family room, 1 children’s bed was şn the master bedroom. Why? I do not know. The bed was not removable… breakfast was ok. Beach was lovely. Pools were very Nice. Also Nice Poolse with fresh coconuts and corn. Really nice. Proces were ok. Amazing tree after the lobby. Was great. Felt very jungle like and tropical as soon as you saw it.'

'Breakfast all what you want, pool and rooms peaceful and nice and the beachbar catch perfect to chill.'

'We had a pleasant stay in an oceanfront deluxe room with jacuzzi pool on the terrace. The view over Patong Bay is amazing. The room was nicely cool when they brought us to it. Room service was delicious.'

'Beautiful resort, but be careful which building you get We didn’t pay an extremely high price, but at a 5-star resort we expected a clean, well-maintained room. We arrived late afternoon and were taken to Building 9. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained: stains everywhere, dirty cabinets, mould in the bathroom, visible white and red stains on the bed’s headboard, a bad smell and very noisy surroundings. We reported this immediately but waited around an hour before anyone came....
