The reception area is very well kept and the dining area, of to the right, is also. The rooms are delightful, we had good views of the terrace below and could see the main tower in the square from both windows. We had room 8.1 which I believe was a larger bed. 'Nice apartment. We had the top floor so be aware getting your luggage upstairs, but the apartment itself was very nice and spacious. Big bath room too. Clean room with small kitchen. All with access codes. Front door and door of the room. Works perfect. Great location in city centre.'

'Excellent apt with spacious rooms and huge bathroom. Online check-in was easy and staff was available by Whatsapp and onsite. It is a10-min walking from the main train station and 10 mins walk to the old town. It is on a quite street and very safe to walk around. There is a farmer market right next and super market stores are all over the area. The big shopping mail next to the train station is 10-min walking distance. A perfect stay in Krakow. '

'Really pleased with the hotel, Jakub helped book our excursion. Time of the spa/pool were from 4pm so a little bit disappointing and there was no roof top terrace which is in the hotel description on the website, but overall very clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel in a really good location.'
