The check-in instructions were only sent to me one, days ahead of my stay, via email, despite multiple emails and texts offering up-charge options like early check-in. 'The odor was awful. It truly smelled like a chemical toilet. We could not stay there. The location indicated it was close to downtown and stated it was “steps” from Front Street. It was, but nowhere near the Front St downtown. I guess being unaware off the area is on me. I would never recommend. Disappointed in VRBO. '

It did fine once we got in and turned it on, but when we arrived back after a chilly day, it was 65 or less since the heater can't be left on unattended. '
