Hôtel The Wharf, Orange Beach

« We loved the closeness to the beach, the breakfast & a comfortable room. The staff was friendly & very helpful, especially Kizzie. »

« I can’t say enough about the staff here. They were helpful from the moment I checked in. I confused checkout time with their sister hotel which was 12pm. The staff allowed my husband and I extra time to checkout. The housekeeper staff was just as kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the cook was very nice as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay with an amazing crew. »

« Clean room, comfortable, lots of storage, beautifully decorated and plenty of towels. Beautiful views of the beach. Breakfast was delicious and self serve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center was clean and well supplied for workouts. The beach was beautiful, we had excellent weather conditions during our stay. »

« There was 2 things we did not like. A dirty sock had been left on the floor in our room. Floors had not been vacuumed very well. And...we could not get coffee all day as in mist places we stay. »

« The first night they put us in a handicap room. Which is fine but We aren’t handicap and didn’t ask for that room. There was just a flat floor for the shower but when in use the water ran across bathroom floor and behind toilet. I could see mold around the edges in bathroom. Also ac unit was extremely loud and the whole room smelled musty and moldy. After the first night we asked to switch rooms and they let us which is good. The ac unit was quieter in the Second room but the whole room still...

« Confortable calme »

« Pas de changement de serviette, pas de renouvellement de cafe non plus…. Sur demande seulement. Pas d’eau chaude, chambre à coté de la buanderie, bruyant des 6h le matin…. Plusieurs chariots de linges sales dans le corridor…. Pour un prix de plus de 600$ pour 2 nuits…. Vraiment pas contente!!! »

« Propre impeccable rien à dire »
