'I rate everything pos. We had an extremely long check in, someone entered the room when we were in the room. The drawers were falling off furniture. The bathtub was a nice gray color when it should be white. The rooms smelled musty as well. Breakfast was the only thing I felt was good.'

'Wonderful staff, always pleasant and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned only every other day ( looks like Marriott thing ) so if you stay 2 nights , your room won’t be cleaned. I think that at least towels should be exchanged without asking. Also beds should be made , garbage cans emptied, cups replaced etc . 'I stayed at the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Tuscaloosa with my family during graduation weekend, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
From the moment we got to the room, we were uncomfortable. There was a noticeable smell, and the condition of the bathroom was concerning, especially seeing what appeared to be mold. It did not feel clean or welcoming, which made it hard for us to relax.
We ended up leaving a day early because we just didn’t feel comfortable staying any...
