« The room was clean. Although the pool wasn’t heated and a bit dirty. Breakfast was okay, not anything special I’d say for $300 a night I expected more. Expedia also says there is a $20 parking fee. They charge you at the front desk at check in this “fee” which includes parking and amenities which are just like cucumber lemon water and these very small smoothies glasses by the front door. The fee turned out to be $120. I think for the price staying here wasn’t worth it. Although staff was kind. »

« There was a little problem with the parking being near a flight of stairs as my aunt uses a waker. A bigger problem was the TV did not work. The electricity was off in the morning. It went off at 6:45am was still off when we left at 10:30am so the was nothing hot including coffee for breakfast. I was told I would recieve a discount due to tv not working. Still have received no refund and it is almost a week. »

« The room was dated but clean, bed was not comfortable and for the love of Carl can you please give us more than one pillow that has at least a little integrity? No evelvator so be prepared to take your luggage up stairs. The worst part was we lost power in the middle of the night - not their fault but OOOF! It stayed off all night and all morning. We left very early down a very dark hallway and staircase as there was no way to get coffee or anything. Doubt I would return. »

« What a great edition to 12 bridges in Lincoln, California. So happy that it's pet friendly. The staff was amazing. Brooklyn went above and beyond with her follow through with our roomThe property was beautiful and very clean and the beds were cozy.I slept well. Kari Jones »

« Really old and expensive Needs an update bad, bathrooms gross, carpet folding, etc.. could hear everything from the Galloway and through the walls »

« The room was just ok. The bed was. On that great and the pillows were awful. Staff was wonderful. The location was great for driving to grab a bite or do some shopping. The place itself is old and could reallly use some updating. The elevator to the building next to main building, is at the other end of the building. So if you are upstairs you must walk to the other side, take the elevator up and then walk back to your room. Breakfast was wonderful. »

« Run down, dirty, smelled . My wife didn’t want to stay. We eat the cost . Gave back key. Went some were els. »

« I like the room as far as it is adorable but that was not any service at all no room cleaning no towels changing to trash taking I did not bother to check the breakfast choices since it too obvious to bother :) »
