« We visited during a heatwave and inquired about air conditioning. They said there was none but assured us there would be a fan. We arrived very late because our train was delayed only to find no fan and a room hotter than 30 degrees. Only one small window opened - the others were painted shut. There was no one on the premises to help and we did not think we could call at midnight. So we spent a sleepless and frustrating night in a tiny, cramped, suffocatingly hot room »
