'Great location off 64. Front desk staff were amazing. The pool was really nice. The room was exactly the right location I prefer. My granddaughter got to have popcorn they serve in the lobby. The bed and pillows were great, so comfortable. I didn't have the breakfast, but my granddaughter did, it looked really good. Every time I stay here I enjoy the stay!'

'The beautiful Latino lady working the front desk at check in and check out was the absolute best. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was nice not too cold and clean as well. The location was perfect for our stay before our cruise. I would absolutely stay again. This is the best for someone looking to save.'

'Gross. Very dirty. Poorly light. Many lights in room didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and had water damage. Smoke detector was missing with wires just dangling. Filthy bathroom with spiders and other associated bugs. No toiletries for shower if you were brave enough to even attempt it. Room and hallways smelled of smoke. Very sketchy low quality. Online pictures must be of a newly renovated room because it was nothing like the room I had to endure.'

'Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...

'Bedbugs were found in the room. I have pictures and videos of them after being accused of bringing them. There are bedbug carcasses in the bed frame. I have never been more disrespected by a hotel chain in my life. Do not stay here! They will not accommodate anything!!'
