The eggs were rubbery, but I wasn't expecting a 5-star meal. It just seems like maybe they were premade microwavable eggs. I just had a waffle and fruit. Otherwise, it was nice, decent enough and a good price.'

'We checked in and immediately adjusted the temperature in the room and set out on our excursion. We returned a couple hours later and the temperature was about the same. We lowered the temperature again and headed to the pool. While at the pool we discovered the restroom was very unclean! I sent a text message as requested and the response was questions. Did the toilet overflow? What happened? I didn’t know what happened. I was simply reporting an issue I discovered. Again met with questions....

'The room was not clean. No coffee. The worst pillows I have ever slept on. They aren't even a standard pillow. More the size of a small throw pillow. Top sheet had a burn hole in it.'
