« The room itself was average, but as a single woman traveling I was disappointed that the front desk clerk gave me a first floor room with an adjoining room. I would have asked to change rooms but the check in process alone took a very loooong time, and he really seemed to be struggling with it. I had plans and didn’t have time to wait. I just felt uncomfortable when I got back. »

« Breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent. The food area was amazing clean and the staff working the area was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean fresh towels and the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at all times and parking area was lit and clean. »

« My wife and I always like staying here while visiting my daughter and her family in Batavia. The staff is super friendly, attentive and helpful. The restaurant and bars on site are outstanding and reasonably priced as well. Next door is a great bar (Dilly Bistro, Bar and Bottle Shop), Starbucks, two good pizza joints and Graeter's Ice Cream. The hotel rooms have very comfortable beds, terrific showers with high water pressure (and even overhead rain nozzels if desired). There are also...
