'New property, everything was great, clean and comfortable!'

'Everything was clean and up to date! Will stay there again if in the area.'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'Very comfortable stay!'

'What a wonderful place to stay. Absolutely beautiful. We stayed in Suite 3. Spacious and well stocked with everything we would need. Everything was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.'

'Very clean room. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.Breakfast had many options for every appetite.Would definitely recommend this place.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'There were people smoking marijuana when we arrived at 8 PM. The staff was outside the hotel's front entrance, just hanging out. There was mold on our bathroom ceiling. The comforter on the bed had cigarette burns on it. The room had a strong odor. The furniture was old and needed replacing. The small mini fridge wasn't suitable for storing food.'

'It wasnt anything super special but it was clean, roof over my head, and safe.'
