'The Front desk staff member was less than welcoming, especially compared to all other Hilton Hotels we have enjoyed. He was hunched over a nearby bar counter and wondered over after we arrived at a vacant check-in desk, then muttered an unenthusiastic welcome. The same experience with him at checkout. He got us checked in quickly and directed us too the best location to park for our room. Once we got settled, we found the tv to be not working.
