'We hebben 4 weken door de USA gezworven en dit was het minste hotel van allemaal. De kamer was een aanfluiting, zo klein en het bed idem dito. Er was geen koelkastje, geen koffiezetapparaat, en een uitzicht van lik me vessie. Het was tevens niet de prijs waard. En het stoeltje kon zo bij het grofvuil. Tv was ook uit het jaar kruik. 'The property manager never sent an email the day before our stay to tell us how to get into the property,I ended up calling her for that information.The property was dirty inside.All the dishes we used had to washed due to grease and residue on them.We only had 2 towels in our unit which had other peoples hair on them,The window in our unit would not close.The bathroom sink was very small.'

'We stayed at this wonderful house for two nights while visiting Capitol Reef NP . The pictures do not do it justice. It was absolutely spotless and like a well appointed guest house. The owners have anticipated every need and are very generous with paper towels, toilet paper, washer pods, etc. The town of Loa is small but we found a restaurant, gas and a grocery store. 'We stayed with a youth group (total 18 people) at the I rustic, but cozy location. I don't love the strange little town called Koosharem, but this place was a good fit for how large our group was and our budget restraints. If it was in the budget, I would have stayed in a cabin by the lake--but I would rather this place with a kitchen and beds than tents near the lake. We hiked Capitol Reef and fished Fish Lake. It was nice to cook some nights on the grill/fire and some nights in the kitchen....

'Having this location as an option in the remote area is great for us. This is the second time we've stayed here. The rental description is accurate and the property is well maintained. For our needs it's convenient and refreshing. The property is older and some of it can feel a little dated, but that's how it's advertised and we have no expectations of a luxury rental. 'Overall we had a great experience. The location is little further from Capital Reef NP, but is not a big deal. The only complaint I had is the heating/cooling system by one of the room is very noisy. It kept my husband and I up in the middle of the night. 'This was a great property for us close to Capital Reef. It is a bit of a rustic property, but that is part of it's charm. It is very nicely decorated. It is a bit older, so not a brand new modern facility. Just depends on what you are looking for. But considering the limited opportunities in this area, this is a great find.'
