'Charming B&B in the center of Newburyport about 3 blocks from the water. Easy walking distance to river walk, multiple restaurants of varied menus, and charming shops (no chains). Easy driving to most north shore locations. Inn keeper was gracious and provided answers to questions about what's in town. Rooms were good size with modern bath facility. Good breakfast offering. Only thing that could have been better was low bandwidth WiFi, but I guess that's not that important for a B&B experience....

'From the time we walked in to check in we were greeted as if we were family walking in from our of town. It was a great experience! The manager(forgive me forgot his name) was absolutely great! '

'Stayed one night. Room was as expected and hotel was well managed. Nice safe location. Breakfast was nice. Kids enjoyed the pool although it was a bit cold in my opinion for the size. Overall great value and I would definitely go again if needing to stay in the area. Only complaint was we only had 1 team in front of the couch. There was no tv in front of the beds. Not sure if this is typical but I’d much rather a tv in front of beds.'

'kamer stonk naar leek wel zweetvoeten en het behang kwam van de muur. De toiletpot zat los zodat je erg voorzichtig moest doen. Bij het ontbijt werd pas op het eind de jus de orange bijgevuld nadat heel veel mensen hadden misgegrepen. Ik ga graag naar een Best Western hotel maar dit was gewoon slecht en ik was blij dat we maar 1 nacht hier waren'
