'Very disappointed! Stayed here when it was a Marriott. Bed was the only good thing.'

'Nice hotel! Room was clean and did not know that breakfast was included until we went to lobby for coffee in morning. We also took a walk through the area.'

'Housekeeping did not come our only full day there while we were out and we had expected fresh towels, we called down to the front desk to request more and they told us we could come get them ourselves. I was very disappointed with the customer service. Not friendly or welcoming. Also, the shower pressure in the room was terrible and didn’t improve throughout the stay.'

'I would like to say that I had a great time in this hotel and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and smelled clean. I was so impressed by their honesty when my daughter left her iPad by mistake, they called me and the hotel manager went out his way to ship the iPad to us in Jersey, I am so grateful'

'Very clean, staff was very helpful.'

'Nicely equipped clean and comfortable family room apt with 2 bedrooms'

'Había mucho olor a humedad y había polvo.'

Not a good answer in my opinion. But all and all, it was a nice hotel and I think if they worked a bit harder on the restuarant/bar it would be a really nice place.'

'Mooi, net hotel. Ons bed had een kuil waardoor het slapen iets minder was. Ligt op een business terrein dus beperkt aanbod restaurant'

'Het hotel is een hotel zoals dat hoort te zijn: verzorgt, gastvrij, prima eten, goede bedden. Prima verblijf gehad.'

'The room was properly cleaned and well maintained.'

'Kids loved the basketball hoop and pool.'

I felt like they gave me the “Expedia” room which was likely their most used room in the building. For example, it was within thirty feet of the lobby so I felt like I was sleeping behind the counter. The fiberglass tub creaked continuously and felt like I might fall through at any moment. My guess is this was due to high volume that...
