INTERIOR



The villa is distributed over two floors.



On the GROUND FLOOR there is a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning and direct access to the covered terrace and the pool area. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and dishwasher. This floor has three bedrooms: two with two single beds each and one with a double bed. In addition, there are two independent bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.



On the UPPER FLOOR there is another living-dining room with satellite/DTT TV. This floor has four bedrooms: two with two single beds each and two with a double bed each. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. In the hallway of the bedrooms there is an air conditioning unit that helps maintain a more pleasant temperature on this floor when the bedroom doors remain open.



EXTERIOR



Large plot with a private swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 m equipped with metal steps. The property also offers a sunbathing area with sun loungers and a covered barbecue area, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals. Parking space is available within the plot for up to four vehicles.



LOCATION



The villa is located only 900 m from the sandy beach of Moraira and 700 m from the nearest restaurants. The closest supermarket and the centre of Moraira are 1.5 km away, while the centre of Calpe is 13 km away.
