'The Shipyard Angra was an amazing place to stay and explore the island of Terceira from. There is a spacious garage underneath the hotel where we parked our rental car. The room was amazing, they upgraded us from a studio to an apartment, so nice! Spacious, with sitting area, a kitchen and a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed and automatic curtains. There were robes in the bathroom and rituals soap. The staff was very nice and helped us arrange a whale watching tour. Breakfast was delicious...

'This hotel is EXCELLENT! It is on a quiet side street in the town center and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach/ ocean front. From the moment we walked into the lobby we knew we were somewhere special. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.'
