'De ligging is zeer goed, vlak in het centrum van Anstruther. De kamer zelf was ruim & proper. Maar de muren, plafonds en ramen waren enorm dun! De mensen boven ons maakten enorm veel lawaai ‘s nachts, we konden elke voetstap horen. Daarnaast waren er mensen tegen de deur van de inkom aan het slaan, wat weergalmde in de gang. Laat ons zeggen dat we geen goede nachtrust gehad hebben. Het ontbijt was wel dik in orde!'

'On arrival we were ushered into an adjacent building with a very dilapidated exterior. The bland room resembled a student bedsit on the busy main road & had a bed without a headboard so pillows disappeared in the gap between the mattress and wall. The wall mirror is only suitable if you are over 6’ 6”! No window blinds, so privacy necessitated closing the blackout curtains & living in the dark. 'We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The gardens were beautiful. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It was great to be away from the city a little bit in such a peaceful place. We would stay there again anytime'

'We loved the accessibility this property gave us to St Andrews! Everything is walkable & it was especially close to the old course club house for my husband’s golf round. Parking is super hard to come by in town for free. This location was right around the corner from an entire row of free spots, we never had an issue finding a spot. Staff were all amazing! Would definitely recommend this location!'
