Good hotel
Was a bit worried given other reviews here but a nice pleasant hotel given the star rating and cost. Had a great time using this as a base for a family of 3. Positives: Brilliant location, decent pool area, good breakfast, nice rooms, pleasant staff. Negatives: no air con (not an issue for us in February but could be in summer), dinner a bit samey and fairly average, cleaning of rooms only every few days and our towels got replaced with small ones. Overall happy and would use again given the cost and location.

Only 20 mins from the airport. Great location, right on the prom. Lots of dining and supermarket options nearby. Reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, majority were ok but some a bit abrupt. Breakfast options were great, had all the various options anyone could really need. Staff there were efficient. Room was clean, only downside was we were given a room with balcony in the ground floor right next to the car park shutters so a bit noise from them and no balcony view although didn’t bother us as we were out most of the time with friends. Overall a positive experience.

On arrival the property seemed clean and overall lovely. The location was great. We arrived at around 4pm so we decided to just drop our bags quick change and head out. When coming back to our apartment we noticed ants in the kitchen and the pull out bed was broken also the shower did not get hot. When going to deal with it we were told there was no1 on site to sort out our problems and they would be dealt with. The following evening we went back to reception to report nothing had been dealt with and we were also missing pillows and sheets ect. The night receptionist rudely got a pillow cover went and got a pillow from the reception sofa bearing in mind what many people sit on daily hot and sweaty and stared to aggressively put the pillow in the cushion cover as to where we point blank refused to use that. Anyway we just dealt with the sleeping situation and accepted our issues would not be resolved. We were all inclusive and found little option for vegetarians but overall the food was ok same with the drink it wasn’t much extra to go all inclusive so we were content with what we had paid. The beach club was great a nice vibe, busy and lovely scenery. You have to pay 20 euro to lend towels and you got this back only if you provide the paperwork that comes with it which we weren’t told this when getting the towels luckily we had kept it in the room or a refund wouldn’t be given. There did seem to be alot nicer rooms than ours but unfortunately I wouldn’t stay again

Forferdelig opphold
Forferdelig service hos resepsjon personalet og rengjørings personalet. Det var ikke varmt vann, verken i vasken eller i dusjen. Det kom reparatører i 3 dager, men fikk aldri ordnet vannproblemet. Stuepiken nektet å gi oss rene håndklær og det måtte en krangel til før hun ga oss rene håndklær. Det er svært lytt utenfor døren og man kunne høre stemmer ifra tidlig på morgenen. Dette hotellet imponerte ikke og vi vil aldri sette vår fot igjen her.

bon après-midi et merci de nous avoir choisis pour votre séjour, dans votre cas vous avez choisi d'acheter une chambre sans climatisation, cependant dans notre hôtel nous avons des chambres supérieures à celle que vous avez choisie, avec climatisation, avec solarium, avec privé piscine, Vous pouvez le voir dans les descriptions sur notre site internet,

War eher durchwachsen....
Vielleicht fange ich mit den wichtigsten Informationen direkt an: -das Hotel hat KEINE eigenen Parkplätze, obwohl überall beworben und im hoteleigenen Infoblatt noch steht! -das Hotel hat auch keinen deutschen Empfang! Die Kellner sprechen ein bißchen deutsch -es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur Deckenventilatoren -die Schiebetür zur Terrasse im Erdgeschoss ließ sich nicht verschließen -insgesammt wirkte das Zimmer recht heruntergekommen, dreckig und verbraucht -da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren, wollten wir auch nicht nochmal umziehen -die Poolbar war für AI-Gäste ein Witz, zB. Kaffee gab es in nur in kleinen Probierbechern.... -dann lieber über einen sehr steilen, nur bedingt mit Treppen versehenen Abstieg zum Nachbarhotel, wo es die Speisen gab und dort die Getränke in normalen Größen gibt -gut ist, dass die Pools überwacht sind, schlecht, dass die Lounges bezahlt werden mussten -die Liegen waren aber kostenlos -die Lage ist aber sehr gut, die Rezeption war allerdings nicht leicht zu finden -keine Animation keine Flyer, aber Livegesang zum Abendessen Cocktails alles aus dem Automaten und sehr süß -ich würde auch Fotos hochladen, aber die App lässt mich nicht und über die Webseite ist das Bewertungssystem nicht erreichbar

Service needs improvement
While expectations were relatively low being a three star hotel at this price point they were still far from being met during our stay. The hotel and room itself were not finished to a high standard. A number of plug sockets were either broken or loose from the wall which may pose a safety risk. Building work was constantly being carried out on site at all hours and towards the end of our stay large swathes of the hotel were sectioned off to accomodate the miss universe event being hosted here. Much of the restaurant and reception were off limits and we were made to feel like second class citizens in the hotel while the contestants for this event were seemingly prioritised in all instances. Additionally, we were not forewarned or notified about the presence of this event being held here which would have influenced our choice to stay here. During our stay we had a number of visits to our room. One included a spanish speaking maintenance team which insisted on inspecting the lock on our door with no regard for the fact that neither my partner or myself were clothed appropriately. We received a second visit from a mysterious indiviual who questioned me regarding who I'd booked our stay through and how much we had paid, with little explanation or additional context. Although selecting an all inclusive package for 7 nights we decided to eat out 90% of the time due to the food on offer being of a low quality. Basic amenties such as the room safe were an additional charge.

Buffett könnte mehr Auswahl haben - ansonsten aber sehr sauber und eine sehr schöne Anlage, die sich derzeit im Umbau befindet.

Recepcionista muy poco agradable, camarero con malas formas mirando continuamente el reloj para recoger en punto. Precios excesivos en la bebida de la cena, botella pequeña de agua Sousa 2,65 euros. La piscina solo esta abierta hasta las 18:00. La nevera hace muchismo ruido por la noche puede llegar a ser muy incomodo.

Decepcionada porque cuando llegamos estaban en obras, donde se tuvo que entrar por otro lado de otro hotel, no estaba disponible todos los servicios que decían por ejemplo el parking, los restaurantes que solo era uno y tenía que caminar al otro hotel ya que el otro estaba en obras también. Pagar por un día todo incluido y no estaba incluido el almuerzo. De resto muy bien.

Buenos días Rosmery y gracias por sus comentarios.Aunque el hotel está en proceso de remodelación, durante su estadía de 1 noche no se realizaron obras y además todas las instalaciones estuvieron disponibles durante su estadía. La recepción se encuentra en nuestro complejo gemelo, el aparcamiento está justo al lado y el restaurante buffet TI es el mismo de siempre. Por definición, todas las comidas y bebidas están incluidas en el TI. Esperamos darle la bienvenida nuevamente a Los Olivos en el futuro. Saludos cordiales, el Director.

Posizione fantastica fronte mare, camera con terrazza solarium sul tetto privata molto comoda, ristorante non adatto a una clientela italiana ma con scelta adeguata di piatti, personale cordiale ad eccezione della caposala del ristorante, scontrosa e al limite della maleducazione, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, unico problema la pulizia delle camere!

Chambre tout en haut de Resort qui donnait sur la route. Minimum de vaisselle : 2 cuillères et 2 verres pour 2, poêle usagée inutilisable, pas de bouilloire. Il a fallu réclamer pour avoir ces ustensiles. Pas de tri sélectif de poubelle dans l’hôtel… Niveau faible pour un 3 étoiles

Excellent, friendly and very helpful reception staff throughout our stay. Rooms as per description and we had a lovely seaview. Pool lovely. Downside is that pool chairs are crammed in next to each other. Great location.

Very chaotic, not running very smoothly
The receptionist was pleasant but buzzed around a million miles a minute, seemed like customers were taking him away from more pressing matters on his computer. At one point we were waiting to get refunded for towels and there was a 30 min wait in a lobby full of people at 9pm. I would suggest 2 reception staff at peak hours as people were visibly upset. We weren't given proper directions to our room or told that there was a more convenient entrance that would have avoided us having to lug bags around the property in sweltering heat. Wifi barely worked, when we mentioned it we were always told someone was working on it - had to turn on my roaming and use my phone data to check-in for our flights home. Our room was a good size for us and 1 child, the beds were comfortable however we had little bugs all over the counters from the day we arrived until we left and no AC. In 9 nights on day 4 we asked for maid service to get new towels and she just rehung our dirty ones from the floor and never gave us more TP. We had half of a roll left, asked reception for more and they only gave us 1 so we had to go ask for more before we left. The breakfast was decent (great fresh croissants) but dinners were poor quality, cold food and poor options so we went out most nights. If you are half board they essentially ignore you and even water isn't included with dinner. We asked about parking said we'd pay but kept being told to try free parking in the area (which is blocks away uphill).

We are sorry that your experience was not perfect, but glad you enjoyed your stay.It is true that reception gets rather busy at times - it is a very popular resort. With reference to the Wifi, we have recently changed to the system & did have teething problems - all is working as it should be now though. A/C is available in the majority of apartments however those the ground floor have ceiling fans instead, (as per our website), so it depends on the category you reserved. Apartments are cleaned every 2 days & towels changed every 3.The deposit for pool towels increased recently from 10 to 20 due to a high number of towels being stolen. As you said, it is refunded at the end of your stay.The resort lies just 200 metres from the beach - so the downhill walk is minimal - there are very few hotels in the area actually closer.We shall certainly take your comments into consideration &send you are warmest wishes.
