- Electricity cut-offs 4 times a day (for instance, after only powering Washing machine & one heater at the same time).
- A window shutter only coming up to the middle of it's course (which lead to only half-brightness in the bedroom)
- The kitchen fan & their lightings not working
- A water leak coming out of the toilets
- And the most : A water jam in the shower which leads to all kind of feces coming up in the shower.
The management reacted only 2 days after to send a plumber/electrician to fix all of these.
Some solutions were applied without diagnosis, which resulted (after the man came) that there are still some toilet water leakage & electricity cut-offs.
After many e-mails with them during the whole week where I suggested them to refund us part of the trip (instead of leaving this review), they only suggested 1 or 2 free more nights if we come back another time on the island ==> Which means no refund or compensation at all on the current trip.
On our 3rd night, at late 9pm, they also suggested to move to another flat but we didn't know where and if the place would been warmed up or not (like this one, which was around 14° when we arrived).
But considering all this, how can you be confident that the other place would have been better than the next one?
We decided to stay in the current flat & wait the next morning until the plumber came.
That's the first time we experience such a bad accommodation.
Our advice : Definitely avoid this.
