« We've been staying in Maine for over a decade. They have a lovely property that has great views, easy trails and a nice beach. The house was perfect for a family of four to six and allows pets. Everything was wonderful!!!! »

Francine is a wonderful host and was very responsive leading up to and during the stay. The house is walking distance to the beach and can fit families of all sizes with the guest cottage next store. »

« This was the perfect place to stay for a family wedding weekend. Loved sitting on the deck with my morning coffee looking out over the harbor. Very quite neighborhood. Located a couple minutes from downtown Rockland, Owls Head Transportation just down the street along with the State Park. Wedding venue was 3 miles away in South Thomaston. It was exactly as described, comfy, cozy and allowed pets. Fenced in yard for the dog was a huge plus. Hosts were great. Would definitely stay here again! »

« This was a last minute booking for our family as we had a basketball tournament, there were 8 of us including 3 children. This was the most kid friendly house we have stayed in! It was so well stocked for the entire family. The house was meticulously cleaned and the hosts were very responsive to any questions! »

Communication with the owner was very efficient, and the one question that came up during our stay was addressed immediately. « This was a well appointed, clean and bright spot for our family to base while we explored the mid-coast of Maine on the way to Bar Harbor and Acadia. We loved being in Owl’s Head within close proximity to both downtown Rockland and the Owl’s Head beach and light house area. We would definitely recommend! »
