« Didn’t really have a lot of info on the booking and when we checked in we were told there is no housekeeping or anything because it is a private owned place and they should have provided instructions for all of this on our reservation with Expedia, however it only says personal decorations, but nothing else that eludes to this. »

One negative was this room was privately owned and the process for getting the room cleaned and fresh towels was not easy at all. The room owner needs to post the instructions and phone number for their cleaning service clearly on the room description and inside the room itself . « You may want to buy toilet paper. 2.5 rolls for 1 week for 4 people? Not good. The hide-a-bed mattress was horrible, so I bought an air mattress. Not enough extra blankets for the hide-a-bed. The master bed was definitely firm. The rest was good. Very quiet and the blackout curtains were great. Big kitchen, a keurig and a coffee maker. »
