⚠️ Cancellation Policy
🗓️ Can I cancel my reservation?
It depends! Reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
Reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking may be canceled with no penalty, unless within 72 hours of check-in. Any reservation with a change of dates within 72 hours of check-in will be subject to penalty.
All cancellations after 24 hours of booking are subject to a non-refundable 3% merchant service fee charged by Stripe.

Maybe! Check-in is guaranteed at 3:00 pm or later. Early check-in opportunities may be assessed on the day of arrival based on availability. Please reach out prior to your arrival to inquire.
⏰ What time is check-out? Is late check-out an option?
Check-out is by 11:00 am on your departure day.
Late check-outs are based on availability and incur a fee:
• $35 for a 12:00 pm checkout
• $45 for a 1:00 pm checkout
After 1:00 pm, the full night’s room rate plus tax will apply. On or before departure day, please contact us before 11:00 am to inquire about availability or make arrangements.
🐶 Are you dog / pet-friendly?
We sure are! A $45 per-stay fee (limit 2 pets per room) must be added to the reservation prior to check-in. Please complete payment before arrival through the “Add a Pup” upsell option.
💳 What are the direct booking payment options?
For all direct bookings, full payment is due at the time of booking.
For reservations made well in advance, a split payment option may be available: 50% at booking and 50% due five days prior to arrival. This option must be arranged manually, so please inquire before booking.
