Entry Level Bedroom - Primary with King - Lofted bedroom inside primary bedroom (no door just stairs) with a tv an twin.

Middle Level - queen with attached bathroom - two twin with shared bathroom - queen room that shares bathroom with twins - queen with attached bath

Lower Level - Billards room - Bunk room with two bunk beds and a trundle



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire 6-bedroom home, including all 4 levels of interior living space, the billiards room, wet bar, and kids' playroom loft. Guests also enjoy full private access to the exterior deck, patio, Weber gas grill, and private 8-person hot tub. Parking is privately permitted on-site for up to 4 vehicles ( 4 in the driveway).

Take the free, family-friendly pedestrian gondola down into the canyon to experience the world-famous Telluride Bluegrass, Blues & Brews, and Film Festivals. The local area offers endless outdoor pursuits, including high-altitude 4x4 tours up Imogene Pass, fly fishing on the gold-ribbon waters of the San Miguel River, and breathtaking hikes to Bridal Veil Falls, Colorado's tallest free-falling waterfall.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully experience the surrounding region, and our property includes on-site parking for 4 vehicles (4 in the driveway). Please note that street parking is strictly prohibited. For local travel, hiking and biking trails are accessible just across the street. The free pedestrian gondola is located nearby, providing a scenic, car-free transit option to easily travel between at downtown Telluride for shopping, dining, and festival venues.



Other Things to Note:

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.

Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated but other times it's drained and refilled in addition to being chemically treated. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay.

The garage is not for guest use.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules: No smoking, Pets are not allowed, No parties or events, Check-in is anytime after 4PM, 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival, Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing. The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection. Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
