The Space:

The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you may need throughout your stay with us, ensuring a level of convenience that we're sure you will appreciate, complete with its own private balcony space for you to enjoy all to yourself. Free WiFi is provided and fresh towels and custom made linens are supplied. The bathrooms are stocked with L'occitane soaps and shampoos.



Guest Access:

The property includes access to a secure, reinforced shelter (Mamad) located in the basement within the building, available for use during emergencies.



Other Things to Note:

**As part of the terms and conditions, a security deposit of 10,000 NIS will be secured by placing a hold (authorization) on your credit card. This hold will only reserve the amount on your credit limit and will not charge or debit your card unless there is damage or a violation of the terms. The deposit hold will be placed upon check-in and not before, even if the booking was made well in advance. If no claims are made, the hold will be released automatically within 7 days from the date it was placed.



Interaction with Guests:

The building is still undergoing final construction:

the renovation work is currently taking place on the rear side of the building, including scaffolding, as part of a full exterior refurbishment

While the lobby and front yard are not yet completed, everything is neat, safe, and does not affect the comfort inside the apartment.
