Great location, open views to pool and sea beyond, on site bars supermarket, walk along sea front flat no more than 15 minutes and in the action areas. Wifi was a little in an out, otherwise, nice area, safe, worth a visit !

The accomodation had everything we needed and we enjoyed our holiday. The listing stated that there was aircon however there isn't so I think that should be amended. Some of the furnishings and inside of cupboards/wardrobes could do with a clean if i'm honest. Wine was a nice touch thank you.

The apartment is in a great location, right next to the pool. Close proximity to restaurants, bars and shops, and only a short distance to the beaches.All enquiries to the owner were responded to very quickly.

Never met the owners had difficulty getting into the villa.i would have expected expected a better welcoming package. Like milk etc asked if we would get fresh towels got told we would. We didnt get any I had to wash the ones we used the . The villa is amazing needs a bit of TLC we loved how close to the pool we were ,wonderful surroundings We would return again

Received message day before arriving that shower drain was very slow. Arrived to find that could only shower for 2 minutes before bathroom was flooded. Wasnโ€™t told that both pools on that plaza were cordoned off and couldnโ€™t use them. His management team got us moved to a standard apartment which did not have a washing machine, dishwasher, safe, ceiling fans, high quality patio furniture, which is the reason for booking this apartment, plus we lost half a day packing and unpacking to move. Unwilling to refund the difference in the 2 apartments, his was 80/night, and the standard one was 60/night. Will never use this host again as this apartment should never have been let. He had 5 weeks between floods and us staying yet hadnโ€™t fixed the shower problem and till the day before we arrived to inform us of it

Cleanliness of the property was not up to scratch and the kitchen and wardrobes are needing a little TLC. The shower room could be doing with regrouting.I had contacted the manager due to the storm which had happened and told there was minimal damage and the apartment just needed a deep clean, which wasnโ€™t apparent that it had happened especially the bathroom and kitchen.The facing round the kitchen was off not sure if this was due to the storm damage or just needing replaced in general.The shower didnโ€™t drain away and the first morning I almost flooded the bathroom. I contacted Juan and he told me this was due to the storm and the drains not flowing correctly. We had to just switch off and on as required. This was a pain but we managed.The beds were comfy, pillows were small. Plenty of hangers.Nice welcome touch of wine, water and crisps. Plenty of crockery in the kitchen to use.Due to the storm the pool outside the apartment had been affected by the storm and was closed. We seemed to be the only pool affected.

This is an excellent property. Facilities are great-washing machine, iron , hair dryer and outdoor furniture! Bed is very comfortable and bathroom and shower excellent. Another great holiday

Another great holiday in Costa Teguise. Apartment was clean and tidy and very well equipped, only very minor point to mention is that the silicone around the shower needs a little attention. Beds really comfortable and everything you need for a super stay. Lovely gesture of a welcome pack. Juan was easily contactable and answered any questions promptly. Will definitely be back. Our BEST Visit to Date

We have stayed at Sands Beach many times prior to this trip and have never had a bad experience. We have rented properties on 5 different plazas over the years with all being of a standard we have been over the moon with but none have come close to this particular rental. From the initial contact with Juan when inquiring about the property to the moment we checked out we cannot fault a single thing. The property is immaculate and located in a position that gives you a view that youll instantly long for when you leave the resort. The pool are was incredible. The decor and the facilities within the rental were top notch, the shower is immense, the wifi is fast, the wardrobes are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and above all it is well maintained and spotlessly clean. We ate out in the wonderful selection of local restaurants each evening which we've always done on our visits to Costa Teguise so i cant really comment on the food on complex. Thanks Juan, we will be booking again very soon.

Instructions to enter Villa were clear. It was clean with towels & tea towels & a pleasant little basket of goodies. All kitchen equipment you will need. Microwave, coffee machine & washing machine (if required). Books & DVDโ€™s. Comfy bed with decent bedding. Good quality outside patio seating with much needed umbrella. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. One very small gripe, could do with a further mid size towel per person. Overall, very happy ๐Ÿ˜Š

Can't thank Juan enough for letting us stay in his wonderful apartment. It's a home from home, everything is supplied, lovely outlook outside, comfortable bed, towels supplied and 2 towels for sunbeds..it's a lovely complex, heard moans about being tired and needs revamping but the privately owned ones are lovely. The pool was hardly used even though we were halfway through the Easter holiday, didn't use the bars and the shop is a bit more expensive but there's a supermarket 5 -10 mins down the road. Would definitely book again without a thought..!!
