Amenities include a newly renovated, junior olympic, heated swimming pool with poolside cabana bar, a 14 person jacuzzi, private sandy beach, fishing pier, snorkeling area, private cocktail lounge, cafe, oceanfront marina with boat ramp and dockage, lighted tennis courts, oceanfront gazebo, boat & trailer storage and more - all situated on 60 lush tropical acres.

Your condo will come stocked with the following items in your Welcome Kit to get you started for a fun and relaxing stay in the Upper Keys: two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom; two rolls of paper towels in the kitchen; dishwashing capsules; laundry detergent capsules or liquid; one pack of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom; trash bags; hand soap; and dish soap.

NOTE: 3-7 day stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas day.


Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations.
All marina and trailer reservations are handled by the on-suite Dockmaster.
Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance. Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.

All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association.
Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations.
All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. Boats exceeding the registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited.
