'Stunning views, small house, basic equipment but enough. Cleanliness could have been better, as well as the quality of the available beds. However this didn't interfere with a sence of absolute pleasure that you get from the lovely small house and it's stunning surroundings. Beach very nearby, less than a minute walk. Contact with owner very pleasant, quick to respond and very forthcoming. We would definitely go again! '

'It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again. '

'I cannot give this home enough stars...truly excellent. Scott is an attentive gem of a man. He even brought us firewood :) A quiet property with GREAT neighbors; we met them all. One couple came over with a baked banana bread & we sent her home with a flounder dinner ! The house was sparkling clean & welcoming. The mattress & pillows in the bedroom are a dream, as is the L shaped couch with the GIANT television. There are 4 kayaks!!! Be prepared with water shoes that are good on rocks/mud...

'This is our 2nd year in a row to stay at this house, and we absolutely love it. The location is perfect for walking into town or riding bikes. The house is very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The host is extremely easy to communicate with. Bristol is a great town and staying at this house makes it even better. We hope to be back again next summer!'

'We had a wonderful stay. This is a quaint cottage, uniquely and privately nestled on the property of a working, family owned "boatyard". With waterview and a sunrise that comes up in front of the cottage. The cottage is cozy with high-end finishes and appliances, it has everything and is close to town center. Highly recommend. '
