'We stayed in The Vine room which is not part of the original hotel but in a structure to the side of the hotel. The bathroom was modernised but otherwise it was dated decor. That said, it was clean and fine all round.'

De inrichting is wat oubollig, maar dat hoort er ergens bij. De badkamer is roze, was ook heel groot, en had een douche en een bubbelbad. Dat was wel leuk! De WiFi werkte uitstekend. Het enige negatieve is dat er in de kamer wat beestjes zitten: zo viel er ineens een soort kever naast me in bed en...

'Het is een hostel middenin het centrum van Hoofddorp. Het is een karakteristieke hostel. Dit betekent dat er hier en daar wel wat dingen opgeknapt mogen worden (sommige kamers worden al gerenoveerd). Alles is verder wel netjes en er is een grote gezamenlijke ruimte.'

Outside the cottage is a beautiful heritage listed garden to appreciate. Off-street parking is a bonus as the streets in Glebe are narrow & it's almost impossible to find a park.'
