« Le système wifi est très très lent quand il fonctionne. A ma dernière journée aucune possibilité de prendre de douche. Il n’y avait pas d’eau. Le déjeuner est très bien au début de la matinée mais si vous y aller vers 9h, il ne reste plus rien. »

« Le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse. Pas de rangement dans les chambres. Sur 4 nuits la chambre n’être faite qu’une fois. Le téléphone de ma chambre ne marchait que d’une façon limitée L’hôtel est connu par ce que il a 4 restaurants Inégaux d’ailleurs etc… Ce n’est pas un 4etoiles.Je préfère en rester là. Un dernier détail l’anglais du personnel est très limite. »

« The hotel staff was wonderful, especially the reception desk and the housecleaning staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts at the Millenium Restaurant were very good, though it was crowded when tour groups were in attendance. They should consider extending their hours to accommodate more people and adding more staff to clear tables quicker; the restaurant employees were working hard, but they were shorthanded. Finally, the hotel is well-maintained, but there was a lack of hot...

« Personnel sympathique. Salle de bains fonctionnelle. Lit de bonne qualité. Fenêtre à double vitrage isolant très bien du bruit extérieur. Isolation sonore à l'intérieur de l'hôtel un peu limitée. Air conditionné relativement efficace. Restaurant de l'hôtel assez bon. Y ai séjourné à 3 reprises pour un total de 6 nuits et j'y retournerais sans hésiter! »

« It's 80F outside. There's AC, but there's no AC. I woke up and it was 29C in my room. "We don't know why it's not working" they say. Well, at this price point and as a 4-star hotel, that's unacceptable. Stay somewhere that has working AC, not here. »

« Overall it was a good hotel. Personnel was helpful but weirdly they didn't have soap to was hands. Even when they asked they brought extra tiny bottles of shower gel. »
