    The Space:

    This mid century modern house is located on Lake Tarpon.



    A charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront home with tons of amenities.



    As you approach the home you will find a beautiful porch with seating, perfect for a morning coffee.



    Inside, you will find the living area features a sectional sofa with a TV and lots of natural light.



    The dining table seats 4 guests and the kitchen island seats an additional 4 guests.



    This gorgeous home has an open floor plan, lots of natural light and has been professional designed and decorated.



    Extra amenities include washer and dryer, WiFi, bonus room, outdoor shower, two kayaks, hot tub, hammock and much more!



    This the perfect getaway any time of year.



    The fully equipped kitchen offers quartz countertops, black cabinets, black appliances and a large beautiful island that offers extra seating.



    We provide an inviting layout designed with family vacations in mind, this home is the perfect choice for a Florida with friends and family.



    Open up the barn doors and you will find the first bedroom which offers 2 Twin beds. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed. There is a hallway bathroom with a shower that's shared by these two bedrooms.



    The Primary bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, extra seating area and a desk for remote working. The primary has an en-suite bathroom that has his and hers sink and a walk-in shower with a rain shower head and beautiful finishes.



    Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total.



    Bonus room!! A game room that has a shuffleboard, dining/game table, flat screen tv and extra seating areas with couch and accent chairs. Game room has floor-to-ceiling windows offering water views, perfect for everything from afternoon lounging to family game nights.



    This resplendent retreat offers indoor and outdoor living at its finest.



    Outside, an area filled with amenities and a hot tub offers an idyllic spot to unwind after an adventure-filled day.



    The property offers a large deck that wraps around the back of the property. The deck offers plenty of space to spread out while soaking up the sun and sea breezes.



    The back of the property we have an outdoor seating set, hot tub, a fire pit, a hammock and a grill.



    Use the two provided kayaks to explore the lake, then unwind in the private hot tub at home.



    Easy access to the dock where you can launch the kayaks off.



    Enjoy the beauty of the lake in every part of the day.



    The convenient location allows you to travel mere minutes to local shops, marinas, and golf courses.

Perfect staycation

We are local to the area but wanted a place on the lake for Father’s Day and this home was amazing! We had the best time. There were even deer walking around the front yard to greet us. We highly recommend staying here but not when we want to book 😉! We definitely will be back soon!

It was in the high 90’s at time of stay, so most days probably not as bad. There was a nice window unit to offset it, but I think it may just need a littleMaintenance. We would for sure book again!

The layout of the house was great and the bonus room with the shuffleboard table was a good place to hang out. We had some maintenance issues and the owner resolved them promptly and showed up himself with a contractor to get it taken care of. We're extremely happy with this trip and would stay again at this rental.

It is surrounded by great local restaurants, most within 15 minute drive. The property has a lot of amenities including hot tub, grill, kayaks, canoe and cornhole boards. Inside of the property was clean and made us feel at home.

We spent most of our time relaxing on the dock, sitting in the hot tube or around the fire pit. The inside featured a beautiful kitchen that we cooked all of our meals in and had everything you could possibly need. The contact was also very responsive, helpful and friendly. We hope to stay here again soon and would highly recommend this house!

It is super clean and gorgeous. The location of the property and the outdoor set up are so great for relaxing and enjoying friends or family. We had an issue with the hot water, and the property manager and owner responded quickly and had it fixed within a few hours.The kitchen is fully stocked with quality cookware and appliances also, which makes the stay even better.I have stayed in many rental houses, and this one is in the the top ten.

Relaxing Getaway

Reviewer Comments: the property has variety of great spaces, from the front porch rockers, the living room next to kitchen. the back covered sun room with floor to ceiling windows framing in the lake as a back drop. the outdoor spaces were great too. a small outdoor living room, hot tub, fire pit and dock. and yes, i enjoyed everyone of these, each positioned to enjoy the lake and if your lucky a beautiful sunset. kitchen was loaded with pretty much everything you needed, towels and sheets were great quality. only complaint was the Ranaii tankless water heater didn't kick out enough hot water for the crew i was with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has had extensive remodeling with a designer’s touch. Upscale kitchen with spices, coffees and teas included. The shuffleboard was great fun and the hot tub was always ready. Unfortunately, getting hot water is a constant issue. They explain that it is an on-demand system and that you can only use one thing at a time (shower, dishwasher or clothes washer.) However, the problem was present when only trying to shower in the master bath in the morning. This was very frustrating and I couldn’t imagine a family trying to get enough hot water for all.

Recently renovated, the owners really paid attention to all of the fine details in creating a modern, welcoming space for guests. Our daughters loved the fun twin bedroom, playing shuffle board and collecting shells on the shore. My husband and I appreciated the kitchen and supplied coffee. Our favorite thing to do was to enjoy coffee on the dock each morning, it was incredibly peaceful. At night there are string lights above the firepit, we loved hanging there and drinking wine after dinner. We also appreciated the garage which was full of fun things to enjoy like fishing rods, kayaks and life vests and corn hole boards, ensuring that our family had fun things to do while staying in this home. It is convenient to a lot of stores to buy groceries and such. And a quick drive to enjoy the quaint downtown Tarpon area. We also drove to Clearwater Beach for a fun day in the sand. We had a lovely vacation in this home, thank you for sharing it with us.

A Grand Slam of a Stay

Reviewer Comments: Myself and two other work colleagues were going to be in Florida for spring training this season and decided we'd rather have a house than hotel for the 5 weeks we were going to be in state, and I happened to come across Reel Retreat. Needless to say, I was very happy I found it! Clean, quiet, comfortable and with all the conveniences of home, Reel Retreat made our working journey so much better. The outside areas were a great place to come back too after a long day at the ballpark and the hot tub really helped with some quality relaxation in the evenings. An excellent bbq and kitchen made cooking a breeze, which was a big factor in booking this property. I honestly can't say enough good things about the house. Linens, beds, inside furniture were all fantastic and when stormy weather occurred, sitting in the back 'games room' made watching the storms come across Lake Tarpon all that much better. Location of the property was perfect, right at the top end of Lake Tarpon and just 10 minutes away from downtown - excellent Greek and seafood abound! We were 25 minutes to Dunedin and 35 minutes to Clearwater, which was perfect. Beach Time property managers and the owner of the house were quick to respond to any issues we had, and honestly, there really weren't much of any... certainly not anything major. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to get back next Spring Training!

Every room is decorated beautifully and is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable, best sleep I've had in months. We used the spa and the firepit, both worked great. The location is very quiet with no traffic driving by. And the community was so welcoming and kind. We look forward to returning the next time we are in town.

The decor and amenities were well thought out for the enjoyment of their guests. Our family of 8 fit perfectly with plenty of space for all. The sunroom was our favorite spot to enjoy our morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kids loved the shuffleboard table in there as well. There are many activities that the kids enjoyed at the home such as fishing, kayaking, soaking in the hot tub, relaxing by the fire pit and making s’mores. We will definitely be back to enjoy this cabin again!
