'Dit aan de buitenkant van Vila real gelegen guesthouse heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Mooie en goed ingerichte kamers en alles is nog nieuw. Goed comfort en goede service. Prachtig zwembad. Klein minpuntje is dat er buiten het guesthouse zelf nog wordt gebouwd. Wij hadden daarvan geen last.'

'Anna was the most helpful accommodating hostess. The property was a bit difficult to find but once we found it it was amazing. A bit difficult for parking but we are finding that to be a problem all over Portugal. We would be happy to stay again 😊 '

'Casa dos Corrreios was absolutely a delight to stay at. The host was so lovely and welcoming and made our stay extremely pleasant. The hotel is a newly renovated post office and was beautifully designed. It is so cute, clean and comfortable. The beddings and towels were top quality and all necessary amenities were provided. It’s also perfectly located in the city center and just 7mins walk from some gorgeous views of the river and waterfalls. I would absolutely stay here again whenever I visit...

'Un hotel rural de 5 estrellas, la atención es impecable y el sitio es de postal, un sitio ideal para desconectar de la ciudad, respirar aire puro y dormir sin más ruido que el de los animales. La decoración es increíble y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. El perrete estuvo muy cómodo y pudo meterse en una piscina natural que hay en el complejo y al final del día estaba cansadísimo y se lo había pasado genial. 'Very good value for money. We had a room with a private bathroom which is very decent for the price. No complaints over facilities or check in. The room was advertised as river view which really was a side view as you are on the corner not facing the river directly. Other rooms are facing the river. '

Vegan friendly place, amazing view and kind staff
"We had an amazing stay. The staff is kind and will do everything to ensure you have a pleasant stay. We asked for a vegan breakfast, and the staff, since they weren't sure what we would eat, asked what we loved and ensured we got it. If you're vegan- just let them know in advance what you prefer (the supermarkets nearby have a lot of vegan products). The view was breathtaking, and the entire place was unique and felt like home. The room we had was super comfortable and although the place has great pictures, in real, the room looked even better than the pictures. So overall - the high rank is definitely justified! We had an amazing time and hope to come back again in the future!"
