The new 'Villa Eva' is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small Istrian town of Tar only 2.5 km from the sea. On 105 m² living space, the light-flooded house with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offers plenty of comfort for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults).
On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned house, a spacious living-dining area with open, perfectly equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC await you. The two bedrooms on the second floor are each equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has its own terrace overlooking the pool. Here you can greet the morning with a cup of coffee and end the evening with a glass of wine.
Outside, the covered dining area with barbecue and the 30 m² pool invite you to relax. Your car is safely parked on the fenced property.
The lively town of Tar in northwestern Istria is surrounded by pure nature with olive groves and vineyards. Good restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping opportunities await you. The famous coastal towns of Porec and Novigrad are only 10 minutes away by car. The truffle region and the mountain villages Motovun and Grožnjan are also within easy reach - the bathing bay Lanterna with beautiful, spacious beaches is practically on the doorstep.
