'If only this hotel looked as good as its online photos. What we found: outdated rooms, old wallpapered bathrooms, dirty stairs, neglected grounds, and a dirty pool. Restaurant service was slow, and the unattended bar apparently operated on imagination.
The trails offered an obstacle course of fallen trees, overgrown shrubs, and mud. The paper-thin walls treated us to 30 minutes of arguing and screaming downstairs—complimentary entertainment, apparently. No internet signal either.

'Positives-every employee we interacted with was friendly and bed was comfortable. Negatives-no towels in room when checked in, could hear road noise and two black hairs in bathtub when arrived.'

'The location was very convenient for us and the staff was very friendly. They only allowed a single key per room, but that wasn't a problem for us. When we arrived in the room, the bathtub was full of water and the drain was closed. Very odd and begs the question how clean it was. The other problem was the curtain needed to be replaced and couldn't close properly and there was a bright light in the parking lot that was rather irritating. We also had a problem with noise. The beds were...

'Surprisingly great stay! I probably wouldn't have booked without the great reviews and having the option of a living room area with a sofa, since our teen girls are past sharing beds, haha. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were a plus. Loved the garage parking convenience with the elevators straight to your floor. Rooms were a bit outdated but still clean. Drury always made me thing of dreary, but our stay was far from that! The staff was friendly and definitely a great place for family stays....
