Luxurious Log Cabin on a River

This charming 1940's log cabin has been completely updated with high-end amenities, creating the perfect balance of rustic luxury. Located on 5 acres, the cabin backs up to a beautiful mountain wall and river running right off the back deck. Just 10 minutes to the plaza, you’ll be close enough to enjoy the action of town, but far enough way to escape people and immerse yourself in nature.

The space
We renovated this charming cabin with state-of-the art finishes, including a rain shower and Miele appliances. There is an upstairs master bedroom with King bed and en-suite bathroom, and another downstairs bedroom with a king bed and shared bath room. Please note: the third “bedroom” is a queen bed that doubles as a dreamy daybed, on the far end of the cabin. It has a barn door that creates some privacy, but it’s important to note that this is not an enclosed room.

Other things to note
Four wheel drive vehicles during January, February and March may make mobility better. Roads are cleared but a minimum of front wheel drive is recommended. This is a log cabin in the Carson Forrest and 10 minutes from down town. It’s a very unique property that requires patience and the love of nature and the outdoors.
