"We were with a group of 12. We booked 6 nights in total. We chose this hotel mainly for the swimming pool. We arrived and saw that the pool was empty and closed. We were not warned about this beforehand. We complained and we did not receive any compensation. The hotel offered to drive us to another swimming pool of another hotel 10 minutes away for 1 day. Just NOT OK!!! Booking 6 nights for this pool and not enjoying it at all. Also food was not good. Bathrooms were very old. Not happy at all. And received no compensation. We even asked for a late checkout and that was also not possible. "

When a water pipe broke, they promptly provided an alternative, offering a can of water for showering. The diverse and delicious menu changed daily for dinner, and the breakfast was equally tasty, served by friendly staff. The quiet ambiance and breathtaking view make it a highly recommended retreat. Our garden villa, complete with a personal plunge pool, was spacious, immaculate, and included a daily supply of fresh water bottles. The rooms were consistently clean, and the staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and accommodating."
