The stone gas fireplace is available seasonally and should be used according to posted instructions

Hot tub use is at your own risk

Please shower before use and put the cover on after each use

Wildlife, including deer and black bears, are common

Do not leave food, trash, or coolers outside

All trash must be secured properly at all times and should be dropped off at the compactor

Starter supplies are provided, but guests should bring extras for longer stays

Weather & Nature

No refunds are provided for weather-related events or natural conditions
